6th Form Pathways
At the sixth form students are constantly involved in discussions regarding their future. Aspirations and targets are discussed as part of the EHCP review with the pupil voice being pertinent to much of the discussion. Through regular discussions with the team around the student; whether that be parents, carers or other professionals, staff are able to ensure that the curriculum meets the students needs.
As part of this process we consider the pathway for each student. The three pathways, Brook, River and Sea, all support a variety of skills linked to the students preparation for adulthood. This is linked to the Preparation for Adulthood document which can be found here.
The 6th form pathways document outlines the distinctively different outcomes each student can work towards depending on the pathway that they are following.
